Pattern Licensing Explained

Every pattern on Pattern Market is sold under one of two license types: Non-exclusive (Personal / Commercial) or Exclusive (Signature Exclusives).

Non-exclusive licenses can be sold to multiple buyers, cover both personal and commercial projects, and include a flat repeat bitmap file — commercial licenses also include the editable PSD/AI source. Exclusive licenses are sold once and then permanently removed from the marketplace: the buyer gets unlimited use, merchandise and resale rights, and the editable source file. In exchange, exclusives must be original, unique work.
